Thanks for all your help the day was perfect

I can't thank Rocky and the team at Brands for the beautiful journey they sent my mum on . From the first phone call it has been dealt with such compassion. They guided us on mums finaI journey i was so nervous about getting it right for mum . Right from the beginning the Brands team was with us all the way . On the day Rocky made sure that we knew what was happening every step of the way. The day was perfect and Rocky stayed to the end to make sure we was all OK. Thank you Brands you are a professional caring team . Xx

Rocky at Brands was brilliant in helping organise my brother-in-laws funeral, his knowledge was vast & nothing was too much trouble. The staff showed the highest respect at all times. The whole process was made so much easier for us as a family who were struggling so hard. Thank you all.

Cremation of M Chambers At a time of losing a loved one, there are so many things that need to be done, but the thought of which brings sadness, anxiety and emotion. Arranging a funeral is one of those. I was recommended L.E Brand & Sons and am so happy that I was. Grant took me through the steps in a supportive and attentive manner, explaining how things would work and offering ideas to questions that I had. The communications provided up to the funeral reassured me that all was in hand. Whilst we only had a simple funeral all of the staff treated my Aunt as though she were the most important person in the world, which meant a great deal to me. I would thoroughly recommend this family run funeral directors to anybody that wants a very personable service.

I want to take this opportunity to thank you all for the service you provided for the funeral and dignified care of my mum while she was with you. It was outstanding. I also wanted to make sure you were aware how fantastic Karen Nute, the celebrant was. She took so much time listening and helping to write the most fabulous eulogy. She maintained contact and support up to and after the service. I was so impressed, she has compassion and a thorough need to help and support. Please make sure to recommend her to others (if that’s possible) as she actually felt like a really close friend in the end.

I cannot praise Rocky and everyone at L. E. Brands enough for the help and ease of arranging of my mother’s funeral. They are true professionals with a gentle approach. Thank you Rocky once again.
