We cannot express how happy we are with the service that L.E Brand & Sons provided yesterday (2nd October) for my Mother’s funeral, you all made a hard day extra special for us all, every single aspect went like clockwork, for this I Thank you all. Having been disappointed with the service provided by a much larger Herongate based firm when my father-in-law died we decided to use the local family funeral directors LE Brand. Absolutely perfect service provided by Brand. No pressure, no upselling. Respectful of all our wishes - everything went totally smoothly on the day. Would 100% recommend L.E Brand.

My mum had previously used Brands for my Step-fathers funeral and had bought a funeral plan for herself. We were recommended to speak to Rocky as he looked after my mum so well and we found him to be very courteous and respectful. He explained everything in details and because my mum had moved out of area since taking out the plan he covered the process and costs of transporting the body from Surrey back to Essex. He recommended a celebrant as we had no idea and arranged for contact to be made. The whole process from first contact to the day of the actual cremation was smooth and without issue. Our thanks to Rocky for handling everything so well. We highly recommend the professional approach and the service offered.
